Bride of Anubis

Anubis heard her and smiled, but he didn't get up.

He was enjoying Nefertari in his arms.

But he was awake now, except he didn't want to get out of bed.

Nefertari was starting to stir.

He leaned over and kissed her neck, just below her ear.

"Nngh..." She moaned, "Anubis stop it I'm getting up."

"I was just saying good morning without words." he chuckled.

She chuckled, "Maybe it was a bad Idea to tell you this soon." She teased.

"We'll be ok." he smiled.

She chuckled as he kissed her.

"Shall we rise then?" he sat up.

She yawned, "No not yet."

He laid on his side and leaned into his hand, "Very well, I shall lay here with you."

She chuckled, "Don't you have souls to greet?"

"Soon, but not right away." he said.

She chuckled, "Alright then."

He looked at her, "....you are so lovely."

She blushed, "Thank you."

He got closer, "When do you wish to be married?"

She thought for a second, "I'm not sure. I would like to get married in spring, before the summer heat comes in."

"How about the first full moon of spring?" he suggested.

She smiled, "Sounds wonderful." She kissed him

"Good, it is settled. We will marry on the first full moon of the spring season." he leaned and kissed her back.

"Anubis." She giggled, "Wait till were married."

"Does not mean I can not embrace you." he smirked a bit.

She blushed, "You can do that, but not things that would make me want to..." She blushed even more.

He chuckled, "Are you telling me you WANT to, but you are waiting until we are officially married?" he asked.

Her face was bright red, "Yes."

"Do not worry, it quite natural." he kissed her cheek.

"Good," She chuckled.

Anubis then got up and went to get some fresh clothes, "I will have to announce our happy news to the court."

"Do I need to come?" She asked.

"You will have to, since it about us." he smiled.

She blushed and smiled, "Okay I guess I'll go get dressed too."

Anubis smiled.

After dressing, they headed on towards Osrisi' palace.

She clutched his hand.

"Do not worry." he kissed her hand, "I am here, I am right with you."

She smiled, "sorry just nervous."

They got to the main gates, "Well...this is it. Ready?"

She nodded, "I am."

He smiled and turned to the guard, "We need to see Osiris."

"I am sorry Lord Anubis, but humans are not permitted in the house of Osiris." One guard said.

Anubis growled, "SHE is my betrothed, show respect!"

They blinked, "We are sorry sir. But those are the rules."

Isis came out, "What is all the commotion. Are they denying you aces again, Anubis?"

"They will not let Nefertari in with me. WE have news to tell Osris." he explained.

Isis sighed, "Not again. Men I have told you several times that the rule of no humans is no longer in effect." She smiled at Anubis, "Now come, I'll escort you two."

Anubis and Nefertari bowed, "Thank you my lady." they followed.

Nefertari was still holding onto Anubis' hand nervous.

"I am here." he whispered to her.

She smiled, "I know." She whispered back.

"You know I CAN here you." Isis stated,
