Bride of Anubis

She smiled and lifted hers.

Afterwards,

They were back in their room, looking out on the night scenery.

He had his arm around her waist.

"I should tell you now, to expect many days of feasting when we announce our union." he chuckled.

"Oh dear." She chuckled, "Sounds like alot of food."

"Very much so." he laughed lightly, holding her close.

She kissed him, "Well I guess it'll be a very happy occasion."

"Most certainly." he kissed her neck.

She kissed his lips. "I cannot wait."

"Let's rest, we have a big day ahead of us." He pulled her to their best.

She nodded, "Good night."

"Yes." he yawned, "But right now, its a tired one."

She chuckled, "I do not knot why your so funny."

He chuckled himself and laid down, "I don't really know either."

She kissed him, "Good night my love."

He smiled and went to sleep.

The next morning Anubis woke up early.

He moved out from the bed carefully and quietly.

He went to the kitchen and found Femi.

'Make sure she is pampered today." he smiled and grabbed a piece of fruit before leaving.

She nodded, "Yes Sir."

He smiled and headed to the Underworld, meeting with Thoth.

"I want you to send a message to each of the gods and goddesses, to meet on my grounds at dusk."

He nodded and wagged his eye brows teasingly.

"Stop teasing." he dismissed him, getting on with the work.

Thoth left getting to work

Nefertari woke up to an empty space in the bed.

She sighed, "Off to work."

Then she tought she heard giggling outside the bedroom.

She looked at the door, "Who's out there?"

Then Femi and the other servant girls peeped around the corner.

Nefertari frowned, "Is there something I should know?"

"No Miss." one of the older servant girls giggled again, "We wish to know if you want anything special for breakfast."

"I don't care." She smiled at them.

"We'll make you something great." the older ones left and Femi came in, "I've run a bath for you." she smiled.

Nefertari frowned, "You really do not have to do that. Your gonna be my daughter soon."

"Until that comes around, I will do my job. I love it." she smiled.

She smiled and shook her head, "What am I gonna do with you."

"I will stop when you two marry." she smiled, "I promise."

She chuckled, "I guess there is no stopping you."

"Come on, let us get you refreshed." she pulled her out of bed.

"Oh fine," She chuckled

Femi brought her to the bathing room and she found flower petals in the water.

Nefertari chuckled and let her lead her

"Anubis wanted us to pamper you for the day. But don't tell him I told you." she giggled, "I'll go get your drying cloths."

She chuckled and nodded, "Don't worry I wont."

She brought back cloths and laid them next to the bath, "Would you like anything?"

"Nothing really. I'm fine,"

"Tell me if you want anything, today is for you." she smiled.

"I'm fine, really."

Femi nodded, "Alright. Call me if you need something." she left to give her peace.
