Hollow High

The girls stopped her before she lost to much. Ana wrapped a blanket around Jenni

Jenni sighed, "Is...he alright?" she asked.

They nodded, "He'll be fine." Bri said

Jenni smiled a bit and closed her eyes, going unconscious.

"JENNI!" The girls screamed as she fainted.

A while later, they patched her wrist up and had her laid on her bed. They took in turns to keep an eye on her through out the night.

The next morning...

Jenni blinked herself awake, "Uhhh, What happened?"

She saw Xadrian smiling down on her, "Hey."

She blinked and it all came back to her, "AhH!!" she sat up, "Are you alright?! I'm not dreaming am I?!" she jumped out of bed, forgetting she didn't have pyjama bottoms on, grabbing his shirt.

He chuckled, "I'm fine thanks to you." He kissed her hand.

She looked at her wrist, "Yeah....I remember now." she sat back on the bed, feeling her head spin a bit, "Ahh, Great, I'm dizzy again." she laid back, her legs showing.

He frowned, "Are you okay?"

"Just a bit dizzy. Didn't the destines tell you anything?" she asked.

He nodded, "Yes, but I didn't want to stress you."

She laid on her side, "I.....I'm scared Xadrian....." she started to tear up.

He held her, "I'm sorry. I wish I could protect you from this. If I could I'd protect you from the world."

She looked at him with glassy eyes, "To be honest...the thing I'm more scared about this shadowy figure I keep seeing than seeing visions."

He cupped her face in his hands, "I CAN protect you from others and I WILL protect you from whom ever it is."

Tears ran down her cheeks, "I don't want these powers Xadrian..." she hugged him, "I don't want them!" she started to sob.

He held her closer, "I'm so sorry. I wish I could change it but I can't."

Then she realised, "Is my brother alright?!"

He nodded,. "Rosie got him out of there before the action started. Their in his room right now."

She sighed in relief. "Thank goodness."

She laid back on the bed, "I'm so tired....getting overly scared and confused is tiring." she closed her eyes.

He ran his fingers through her hair. "Don't worry. I'll protect you."

Xadrian left to let her rest.

But he kept an ear out incase. But as he left, he sensed a presence...

He came into her room, "Jenni? Is everything okay in here?"

She was asleep.

"Not in there young highness." spoke a raspy tone. Xadrian turned around to find a Shadow Messenger.

He turned and glared at the figure, "What is it?!"

The messenger turned to a physical form and kneeled "I bring a message from your father. He wishes for you to know your grandfather, Drakob is coming to Davignon Manor within a day." he said.

"I'm not leaving. Especially not now with the freak accident with the wolves. I have to take care of it. It's my responsibility." He looked to Jenni. "And I can't leave her alone right now." He sighed.

"Oh, I also have a message from your mother, She wishes to meet this girl you like." he said, "This was in her words."

He sighed, "I'll give you the reply later. I'll ask Jenni first."

"I shall wait young highness." he bowed, as Xadrian went into Jenni's room.

Jenni heard the door open, "Hmm, what is it?" she was still sleepy.

He smiled, "Hello. How are you feeling?"

"Tired and miserable." she said in a tired tone.

"Is something wrong?"

He shook his head, "Not really. Mother wants to meet you."

"Your mother wants to meet me? What for?" she asked, sitting up.

"She wants to meet the girl I'm so in love with." He smiled, "Don't worry, I told you once that she was human once too, well before Father turned her into a vampire."

"Love....." she blushed, "You....love me?" she felt like fainting again, "I'm getting dizzy again."

He rushed to her side, "I'm sorry. I thought you knew my feelings."

"I knew you LIKED me, but...This is WAY different." she turned onto her side again, "I'm not saying its bad... Its just a bit of a shock."

He chuckled, "A vampire only loves one person in his/her life time."

She looked to the floor, "Can you put up with a pain in the butt? How do you know I'm the one?"

"Pain in the butt?" He took her hands. "Jenni you are THE best thing that has happened to me."

She looked at him, "You...you mean it?"

He nodded and smiled, kissing her hands.

She sighed and pulled her hands away. SHe beckoned him to come closer, "Kiss me."

He came closer and kissed her,

She kissed him back, caressing the side of his face. SHe looked at his icy blue eyes, "....I love you too." she whispered.

He wrapped his arms around he and kissed her passionately.

She murmured in his mouth as he got closer. But when she felt he was right on top of her, she got nervous, "Xadrian!" she stopped him, "I'm not ready for that."
