"That is a very suitable and beautiful name." Natalya cradled her stomach in her arms and smiled.

Aunika smiled, "I thought that you'd like that."

"I love it. Thank you for the suggestion dear. I must be on my way now. I have to finish planning the memorial service for tonight. Do you need anything else?"

She shook her head, "No thank you I'm fine. I'll go check on Abbadon."

"Ok thank you dear."
Abaddon was still in his room resting.

Aunika smiled, "He's so cute when he is sleeping."

Abaddon was curled up in bed with the covers pulled up to his nose snoozing soundly.

Aunika chuckled, "So cute."

Abaddon yawned and stretched as he sat up and saw Aunika standing at the edge of his bed.
"Mm. . .how long did I sleep?"

She chuckled, "Almost all day."

"I must have been more tired than I thought."

She chuckled, "Well it was a long day. And you didn't go to sleep until this morning."

"Yeah, a lot of things have been going on lately and I just haven't had the time to sleep." He stood up and looked at Aunika's arm.
"How is your arm?"

She smiled slightly, "Better... Although it wont heal over night."

"Well, it is a start. At least you are feeling better." He stood up and went over to his wardrobe to find some fresh clothes.
"My fathers memorial service is today. . ."

She sighed, "I know..." She took his hand. "I'll be there with you."

"You don't have to if you don't want to. I don't want you to feel awkward or scared."

She smiled, "I'm going to be your bride so I guess I need to be braver than I have."

He smiled and kissed her hand. "I appreciate your confidence and bravery. If you still want to go then hurry and get dressed the service is going to start soon."

She smiled and kissed him, "I'll see you soon." She ran off to get dressed.

Abaddon emerged from his room and waited for Aunika at the end of the hall. Natalya was already at the service getting prepared.

Natalya nodded acknowledging him, "Hello my son."

(Could you do me a favor and not play my characters please? We frown upon that it just gets too confusing after a while.)
Abaddon stood at the end of the hall and waited for Aunika so he could escort her to the service.

(Sorry... I just got used to it since Tavi and I do it all the time. Except with our main characters.)
A few minutes later Aunika stepped out of her room

(Hehe it is ok. It is a preference for most people, but not all of them.)
"Are you ready?" Abaddon extended his arm out for her.

She smiled, "As ready as I'll ever be."

He smiled gently and walked with her out to the gardens on the roof where the service was being held. This was only for immediate family and close family friends. Abaddon and his mother stood at the front.

Aunika held his hand and comforted him throughout the ceremony

The service was hard and very awkward, but it was still beautiful and now Godric could rest in pease. Natalya held back her tears as best she could, but it was no use. They flowed as the ceremony ended. Abaddon just stood there stone faced not sure how to feel. Everyone was invited back to the throne room for refreshments.

Aunika kissed him, "It'll be okay..."

Her words were very comforting to him. "I would not have been able to make it through that ceremony if you weren't there beside me. Thank you." He kissed her back sweetly.
"I will go get us something to drink." Abaddon walked off toward the bar and got them both some juice. Natalya accepted sympathy from everyone in attendance as they left. Abaddon came back to find a friend of his talking with Aunika. It was his classmate and close friend and fellow noble, Michael. "Long time no see. Glad you could make it."
Michael was a tall young man with brown eyes and sandy color hair.
"I couldn't miss this." He said referring to Aunika.

Aunika smiled, "Your welcome." She whispered as he left.
She felt someone tap her on her shoulder. It was a boy around the same age as Abaddon. After they were introduced got into a rather nice conversation. She blushed when he complimented her.

"Yes well, we were brought together by fate I guess you could say." Abaddon gave Aunika her juice and pulled her close. Even though Michael and Abaddon were close friends he was always jealous of Abaddon and constantly tried to take away everything that he wanted from Abaddon.
"She is a diamond in the rough indeed." Michael said with a suggestive grin.
"You know it is rather rude to pick up women at a funeral Michael." Michael laughed.
"You always seem to get the best of me Abaddon, ever since we were young. Maybe one day I will get you." He said again speaking in riddles referring to Aunika.

Aunika blushed and smiled when he pulled her close. She liked being with Abbadon. She loved him dearly.

Michael walked away and joined his family. Abaddon sighed.
"I never told you about Michael. He is my friend from my school days. He is also a noble of the state. He is apart of one of the wealthiest families in all the kingdom next to mine."

"Really? Well then maybe I'll marry him," She chuckled when she saw the sad look on his face, "I'm sorry I shouldn't tease like that. I couldn't love anyone but you." She kissed his cheek.

"And no one can love you like I do." He placed his hand on her cheek and re-directed her kiss to his lips. Michael watched from afar as his lips twisted into an envious and disgusted smile. Abaddon wrapped his free arm around her waist and pulled her closer.

Anukia giggled when he redirected it. She sipped her drink as she leaned against him.

The crowd began to clear out until it was just Abaddon, Aunika, Natalya and Michael's family. Abaddon and Aunika were out on the balcony together and Natalya was speaking with Michael's family.
"How is your arm this evening my dear?" Abaddon asked.

Aunika smiled, "Much better, but still not healed."

"That's good." He wrapped his arm around her shoulders and held her close. "Are you tired?"

She tried to stifle a yawn, "A little. You?"

"I am a little tired, yes. Shall I take you back to your room for the night?"

"That would be lovely."

"Let's just tell everyone good night and we will be on our way." Abaddon took her by the hand and guided her to where her mother and Michael's family was standing.
"We are going to retire for the night mother."
"Okay."
"Aww come on Abbie. Turning in this early?"
"Yes, I am tired. It has been a trying week."
"Sure." Michael said in a suggestive tone.

Aunika frowned catching onto Michael's tone. "We are not going to do that. Especially with this." She said gesturing to her arm.

Michael chuckled.
"Of course, pardon my manners."
Natalya glared a bit at Michael and made an excuse for them to leave. She was getting tired as well.
"Hope to see you soon Abaddon, glad to have met your lovely fiancé." Michael and his family left and went back to their estate.
"Good night you two. See you in the morning." They parted ways in the hall when Natalya went to her room.

"I don't like him," She said as they walked back to their rooms.

Abaddon smiled. "I am not surprised. He is rather brash and very suggestive. He has always been that way."
Abaddon took Aunika into her room. "Want me to run a bath for you?"

She blushed a little, "That would be nice."
