Emerald Warrior

He stood in the ring, "Shall we begin?"

"Sure." She spread her wings and summoned her staff of light.

"Come at me." he had no weapon and did not bring out his wings. He just stood there with his hands behind his back.

She sighed muttering a protection spell as she went after him.

When she got close he took a step to the side, kicking her in the backside, making her trip a bit, "You have no balance."

She looked down at her outfit and it was covered in mud, "Oh you did not just do that." Fire raged inside her and she summoned a lioness.

"Be careful, getting angry will make you clumsy." he warned, not scared at all.

"Mmm... not really. I'm more deadly." She took to the air and landed on the lion

Raphael lifted a hand a formed a single gold feather between his fingers, waiting for Gwen to make her move.

Gwen noticed this and charged at him lifting into the air at the last moment sending her staff down at him hitting him on the head

The staff did hit him, but he looked at her, not fazed.

"You throw well, but that did not hurt me." then the feather he had multiplied into five! and he threw them at her, with a very accurate hand.

She quickly put up a rubber shield around her self and the feathers went back at him

But the feathers disintegrated when they went back to him. Raphael lifted a finger and breathed out gently and a gold flame went shooting towards Gwen, melting her rubber shield.

Then Gwen fainted and started free falling

Raphael got there with in a flash and caught her, "Anael call Cassiel, we need to get her to the infirmary."

Anael nodded and headed out.

"Class dismissed!" Anael shouted to the students as he left.

She grabbed his neck and her eyes snapped open, "Check and Mate." She grinned.

It caught him by surprise, but he pulled out of her grip and snatched her arma nd twisted it behind her and pinned her down on the floor.

"Now...check mate." he smirked.

"DOVAD!" She called and he came crashing in through the ceiling. "Sick him boy!"

Raphael looked up and he made a gold rope of energy and got it around Dovad's neck and hopped onto his back and nuzzled him, pushing him down.

He looked to Gwen, "You should not cheat Gwen...plus iI am able to fight at least twenty at a time." he said, letting Dovad up, "Calm down. She's just being sour." he chuckled, untieing him.

"Cheat? Using all that is available to you is not cheating, it's survival. Do you think that there will be rules when actually fighting evil? No."

"Depends on the mind of your enemy. If you were to face some like a common thief, then you do not need to cheat. But if you have face enemies like I have...then you should not underestimate them by using schoolyard tricks." he said, making the rope vanished.

"I'm talking about Anubiss."

"Anubiss is a dangerous enemy...but I speak of even more cruel and vicious beast." he said, "ANubiss is rumoured to be possibly working for him, while imprisoned."

"For who?" She asked as Dovad placed her on his back

Raphael looked around, seeing that the student have left. "Pharaztheron..."

The name didn't really faze her, "Oh him." He envied her carefree attitude.

"I wish I could dismiss that name like you do. You are blessed not to have been there during his reign of terror." he sighed walking over to the window, looking out into the garden area.

She had Dovad walk over to him, "Please don't dwell on the past for if you do it will forever haunt you." She said reaching her hand out at him

"It is hard not to dwell on the past when I was the one who put him in imprisonment in the first place." he said.

"I know." She said smiling. "And I admire you for that."

He sighed, "I guess the only way to find out about this...is to go to Dark CLoud and interrogate Pharaztheron."

"Can I come?" She asked smiling.

"Go to Dark Cloud....I am not sure." he said grimacing at the thought.

"Please...." She batted her eyelashes, "Pretty please with a cherry on top."

He sighed, "Celest did that when I didn't want to do something...." he exhaled loudly, "Very well... BUT you do what I say and you listen, understand?"

She smiled and nodded, "I agree."

"We must go now then. We have no time to waste." after talking with his staff and Gwen to her friends, Raphael and Gwen went to a portal.

"THis one goes right to Dark CLoud. Not many would like to go through this doorway." he said.

"Why?"

"Dark CLoud is not a place anyone wishes to go. It is very strict and because the most dangerous criminals are now there, kept away from the people who want peace.....plus the energy of that place is not pleasant." he said.

"Anway, open!" he said to the portal and a glowing round portal appeared, "Walk through, don't jump." he instructed as he walked through first.

"Alright." She said walking through the portal.

It felt a bit weird but when Gwen got through, she found herself in a very dark place, were the clouds were pitch black and lightning flashed in the clouds above. Raphael was there looking up at a building of dark grey stone and very heavily guarded but black armoured dragons.

"Gwen...this is Dark CLoud."

"Note to self: Make sure Toximus never gets sent here."

"Let us go to the front gate. I want to get this over and done with." Raphael said, heading to the gate.

She nodded and fallowed him

The guards let them in, but they escorted them to the Warden.

"WHo exactly are you here to see Sir Raphael?" he asked.

"Pharaztheron Warden." The warden was worried, "Are you sure, that is risky."

"We'll be fine warden. We just need to ask some questions of him." The warden sighed and reluctantly showed them to Pharaztheron's cell.

They headed to Solitary confinement block, which only had a few cells.

"This place is creepy. You'd think they'd make it the opposite due to the fact that they are evil."

"Its because of the dark energy from the inmates, when they can not let it out, it seeps out of them and infects the surroundings." Raphael told her.

The reached the last cell right at the end. The guard got the key out, "Be warned, he may try to mess with you head. He succeeds most of the time." he grumbled, unlocking the door and opening it.

"And do not worry he is restrained."

"Good." She said.

"Does his have a charkram on?" Raphael asked the guard, "Yes he does, so he can't use his abilities."

He pushed the door open. Thee hanging in a jumping jack form, behing restrained with glowing red chains and a red jewel on his forehead.

He had straight long black hair, light tan skin, a VERY well built form and he was looking at the floor.

"Call when you are done." the guard said, closing the door.

Gwen was impressed she would've thought he was hot if it wasn't for the incarcerated thing
