"Gwen....WHat about the guy she was in love with?" Kayla asked.

"He is in prison." He sighed.

"Aww crap." she looked to Uzar, "Can you do anything to help him?" Uzar grimaced, "I am not sure. Does he have some representing him at his trial?" he asked Ruriel.

"Only me, but I'm not sure he wants my help. Ravatus... well we both know he wont do anything."

"Then maybe I can help. He does not know me and I am a friend of a friend of his dear Gwen." he smiled, Kayla smiled, "Thank you."

"My pleasure Kayla." he kissed her hand.

Ruriel looked at Uzar, "I think you found the prefect girl for you."

"I'll say." Kayla smirked, "SOmeone's gotta keep him in line." Uzar pouted, "Oh come now, I am not that bad."

Kayla gave him a doubtful look, "IS there a way to see This guy Gwen likes?"

Ruriel nodded, "You can go visit him. I go to see him every day. Actually it's just about time for me to go see him."

"Then let's go. I just hope Gwen wakes up soon." Kayla sighed a little. Uzar hugged her, "Do not worry. I have a feeling she will."

Toximus was waiting in his cell hoping for good news.

"Hey, you have guests." the soldier told him.

'Guests?' he thought. Ruriel walk in first and then Uzar and finally Kayla.

"What's all this?" Toximus questioned Ruriel.

"Your representation. This is Kayla, she was friends with Gwen back on earth. And this is Uzar, Kayla's.... Well how should I say it? Lover?"

Uzar cleared his throat, "Something like that... I hear you have no representative for your trial?"

Toximus just blinked, "I don't want one...."


"WHAT?! But what about Gwen!? I thought you loved her?!" Kayla frowned, "I DO. But I am hearing things from the guards... my sentance may be sending me to Black Cloud."

Uzar was astonished, "The maximum Security Prison?! But that's reserved for the worst of the worst."

Toximus rolled his eyes, "I was the worst. I was third in command of Anubiss' minions."

"But to Dark Cloud? But..." he sighed not wanting to continue his words.

"I will be your representative whether you permit me or not." Uzar said sternly.

Ruriel smiled, "I'll be here for you too."

"If you wish, than go right ahead. But Either way, I'll be heading there. They won't execute me, its against our customs."

He sighed, "were going to try for a lesser punishment. Like banishment from Guardian."

"I am already banished. I told you that." he said to Ruriel.

He rolled his eyes, "Not officially."

"Do what you want. How is gwen?" he asked.

Ruriel sighed, "She still hasn't woken up. The healers are afraid she may never wake up."

He sighed, "I wish to use my request now." he said.

Ruriel was stunned, "What?! Now? You don't want to wait till she wakes?"

"i might not be here when that happens. I want to see her now." he said.

He sighed, "I hope you know what your doing."

"Just shut up and go tell the guard." he said.

"Oh fine crabby pants." He sighed going to get the guard

Once the guard was told, they chained his hands and took him to the healer.

"What is he doing here?" The Healer asked shocked

"The prisoner last request. He wishes to see the girl that he brought in." the guard explained.

He was a bit hesitant, but let him in anyways.

Toximus looked at the sight of Gwen, white gems on her arms, chest, legs and forehead. He sighed and grabbed a stool and sat next to her, "Gwen....I am so sorry...I was the one who did this to you....I should have just jumped in and stole you away from the wedding." he made a ball o green energy appear, "As my final gift to you...I give part of my life energy to you." he let the glowing ball float into her chest. "If you do not wake from this....than let it all fall on me." he leaned over and kissed her.

After waiting a bit, he was disappointed that nothing happened. Just as he was half way through the door Gwen's eyes opened. "W-where am I?" She asked weakly

"G-Gwen?" he looked back, thinking he was hearing things.

"Toximus?" She said. Her voice was really weak.

"Gwen!" he rushed back to her, holding her face, kissing her forehead.

"Whats going on?" She asked

"You're in the Healing Centre in Enzo. But you're alright now." he assured her.

"Okay..." She nodded, not fully understanding what was going on. Her mind was a bit cloudy from being asleep for so long

He sat on he bed and held her. "I don't have long to stay but I just want you to know...no matter what happens in the future, I love you, I have ALWAYS loved you." he kissed her.

She kissed him back, "I love you too, Toximus. But why can't you stay? You just got here. I don't want you to go away." She said hugging him tightly

HE hugged her tightly, "I know and I wish I could stay here...but, As i said you're in ENZO and in doing so..." he showed the shackles on hiss wrists, "I am in prison fro my crimes."

Tears welled up in her eyes, "No! I wont let you go." She held on to him tighter. "Telling you that I didn't love you was the worst mistake I've ever made."

"I know you were trying to protect me, but you could have just told me. You almost broke my heart." he said.

She looked up into his eyes, "Will you make love to me?"

His eyes widened and he smiled, "I would loved to...but I do not have long....plus you have just woken up..."

She shook her head, "I don't care. Even if it's for a little bit. I want YOU and no one else. And forget resting I've been rest for who knows how long! I want you to take me Toximus. Make love to me. Please." Her gaze locked with his. "Please..." She whispered.

He sighed, "Are you sure? I don't want to cause you more pain."

She nodded, "I'm sure."
