Ruriel smirked, "I have heard some humans calling it the 'idiot box.'"

Gwen glanced his way, "I think you mean computer."

"Nope, I've heard parents of other children shout to them, 'stop watching the idiot box and do your homework'" he chuckled.

She shrugged, "Never heard that before."

"I guess do and some don't." he shrugged.

Isis laughed, "Would like to see the dresses I have?" she offered to Gwen.

She smiled, "Yes I would love too!"

They arrived to the royal chamber, Ruriel was about to follow Gwen in when Baaln grabbed his arm, "WHoa boy, you can't go there." "ANd yet Gwen can?" Baaln sighed, "The Queen invited her and only she can do so."

"Wow... You have a big bedroom."

"Thank you, but it is not just my room. This is the royal bedchamber." she smiled.

Gwen blushed, "Oh..."

Isis opened her large wardrobe to show all her fine gowns.

She showed the ones that had shades of pink, "I like the colour pink, but I found out there was not much of it in Balthazar. So Raktim made contact in the material traders in the Cat lands and had them trading the different colours for some of the dried cured meats we have in Balthazar."

"Sounds yummy and fashionable at the same time." She chuckled

"I prefer dired fish to the red meats, too salty for my taste." she chuckled.

"Funny you liked it when I first gave you a slice." a deep voice answered. Isis and Gwen turned to see a well-built, tall man at the door. "My love." Isis smiled.

Gwen chuckled, "I'm guessing you're the king."

"And I guess you find showing respect to royalty 'optional'?" he said, Then Gwen noticed Ruriel at the door, trying to tell her to bow to Raktim.

"OH! Sorry! Where I come from we don't bow to people in charge of our country." She was a bit embarrassed. "We normally shake hands."

He sighed, "They young are not keep to tradition much now a days, but I will let it slide this time." he sounded tired. Isis kissed his cheek, "Your tired aren't you?" she asked, "Yes and yet I have to leave for a week."

"Aren't you going with him?" She asked Isis.

"No, because he will not let me." she sighed, "You KNOW why I will not Isis." Raktim said, reaching a hand to her belly and gently rubbing it.

Gwen grined, "No way! You're pregnant! Congratulations!"

Isis laughed and smiled, "Thank you. But please do mention this in public, it has not been announced yet." Raktim kissed smack dab on the lips, "When I return I will do just that." he smiled and hugged her, "Be safe, I will leave Baaln with you and I will see you soon." he left the room, his vermillion cape dragging behind him.

Isis sighed, "I would be going with him, but ever since I became with child he became more protective."

"So tell me, is it a boy or girl?" She asked

"I do not know, I know Raktim would love a son, but he told me no matter the gender he would love the child." she smiled.

Gwen was astonished, "Haven't you had an ultra sound? Or are you waiting for it to be a surprise."

"We have ways of finding out, but I prefer to be surprised. I'm Nineteen and I'm expecting my first child AND I am Queen of the Dragon realm....I find myself in amazement with how so much has happened in over a year." she sat on the bed.

"Have a look through the gowns."

Isis opened her closet of clothes leaving Gwen in awe.

""I'll show which ones are not my favourites. I did not have the heart to tell Raktim some of them are not that nice on me." she chuckled nervously.

They looked egyptian and roman styled dresses.

She smiled, "I know how you feel."

"My lady?" then a maid entered the room, "Yes Letti?" she asked, "Miss Biileel is here." Isis' eye lit up, "Thank you, let her in."

Gwen chuckled, "I guess I should leave you to be with your friend,"

"No not at all. Biileel like meeting new people." Isis said.

She smiled, "I guess the more the merrier."

Ruriel and Baaln were standing outside, "Father!" Baaln turned to see his beautiful eldest daughter walking to him, "Biileel, my daughter." he smiled. Ruriel gave a bow, "Hello Miss."

"Sorry father, I have come to see Isis." she kissed his cheek, "It is fine Biileel. SHe is inside with a new friend." Biileel smiled, "OOh sounds interesting." she went inside, "Hello Isis!" "Biileel, its good to see you."

Gwen smiled when she came in, "Hello I'm Genevieve."

"A pleasure to meet you, I am Biileel, General Baaln's daughter." she smiled.

"How is the little one Isis?" she asked, "Fine, not moving yet, still too small."

Gwen smiled. Isis showed her the dresses she didn't like. "They are so pretty!" She said excited.

"They are, but they do not suit my body shape." she said.

Biileel looked at one of the darker pinks, "Raktim spoils you."

"Can I try one on?" She asked

"Of course." she said, then a dragon about the size of a male Rottweiler but it was dark red and scaly with sharp horns along its back and with a heavy gold collar around his neck.

"What is that?" She asked.

"Oh that's Numeral, the Palace pet. Raktim's dog." Isis said, Numeral came up to Isis and licked her hand, "Hello big boy." he wagged his tail like a dog.
