"Its the day of the celebration, you must get up." he said calmly.

She yawned, "Sorry... I guess I slept in."

"Just a bit. Breakfast is still on, have a bath and come down when your ready." he smiled and head out.

She nodded, "I'll be down shortly."

He waited downstairs with Isis and Raktim, who was not even looking at his brother.

Gwen bathed and came down with a wrapped gift. Seems she had bought something else last night. She entered the dinning hall with the sword. "Good morning everyone." She bowed to Ratkim and handed him the gift.

Everyone was a little surprised with her bringing a SWORD into the dining table.

Raktim was even more surprised when she offered it to him, "For me? I am flattered but why give me a gift? It is your day, not mine."

"It is a gift of thanks. After all you are hosting my party and my wedding, I owe you something to show my gratitude." She smiled

He looked to Isis, who was smiling. He sighed a bit, "I thank you for your gift." he took the sword and looked it over.

Isis looked to Gwen, "Thank you Gwen."

She smiled, "I have something for you too." She handed her a tiny music box with a necklace in it.

Isis' eyes lit up, "Thank you Gwen! It looks so lovely."

She smiled, "I'm glad."

Raktim gave a small smile, he loved seeing his wife happy.

Ravatus didn't say anything, since he was in the dog house with his brother.

She sat down at the table, "No Ratkim, I would like it if you heard your brother out. You should hear the way he talks about you with such pride. You know he regrets pushing all the responsibilities on you. I do wish you would be friends with your brother. Please... As a wedding gift to me?"

He sighed, "I can put up with him until the wedding, but any further than that.....I can not promise." he said.

She smiled, "All I ask is that you try."

Ravatus was on edge, incase his brother was going to get annoyed.

"As I said, I can not promise any further." he stood up, Isis and Ravatus stood up. Raktim left and they sat back down.

She turned to Isis, "Did I upset him?"

"No." Ravatus answered, "He is still mad at me. With Raktim, he can hold a grudge." he chuckled nervously, "He won't be budged, once he has made his mind up on something he doesn't change it."

Isis agreed, "Yes, he's been like that since I first got to know him."

She sighed, "Oh well. It wouldn't hurt to try."

"But he does keep his word, He will behave himself until after the wedding." Isis assured.

She smiled, "That's good." She turned to Ravatus, "Go talk with your brother."

"I can't right now. I want him to be calm before I do that." he said.

"Fine, but once you go hold your tongue from saying anything rash."

"It's hard with Raktim. With his tense personality, its hard not to."

She frowned, "Promise me you will be nice."

"Yes I will be behave as well." he said.

She smiled at Isis, "Our husbands will be friends yet."

"If there is progress I will be happy, but this is not an overnight fix." she reminded.

She nodded, "I know, but it is a start."

"Yes. Now, you hungry?" she asked.

She smiled, "Yes thank you." Ravatus mulled over Gwen calling him her husband. It brought joy to his heart that he finally accepted him.

"I have to go deal with party plans. I will see you later." he smiled, and headed out.

She smiled, "I'll join you later on."

As Ravatus exited the room and entered the hallway, "Ahem!"

He turned to see Malantha, "Well, this is a surprise." he smiled. Malantha glared, "I wish to talk to you."

He nodded and they headed out to find somewhere private.

He fallowed her, "What is it you wish to talk about?"

"Why are you really marrying her Ravatus?" she crossed her arms, not impressed.

"I actually care about her. She is rather cute also I think that she would do better with someone like me instead of a criminal."

Malantha was still not convinced, she just looked at him...."Is that how you really feel?"

"Yes." He said firmly

"I don't believe you...." she frowned.
