Jenni spotted a pretty silver and blue mask, "Pretty."

The triplets nodded in agreement.

"The time was drawing near. xadrian and Cliver were on their way to escort the ladies to the ball.

"You don't seem excited." CLiver snickered a tad.

Xadrian sighed, "You know how much I hate these things."

"Oh come on Xay. At least Jenni will be there." he wiggled his eyebrows.

He glared at Cliver, "Do NOT call me Xay."

"You didn't mind me calling you that when we were kids." he teased and pouted, "But anyway, you're escorting Jenni! You should be excited."

He sighed, "I know, but I just hate these parties."

"Hey, I love your parents' parties and grand occasions. I don't see how you can not like them." they arrived to the girls room and Cliver knocked on the door.

Xadrian rolled his eyes, "I will never understand you."

The door opened, Briana answered the door, all dressed up.

Ana pushed by her when she saw Cliver.

"Wow!" Cliver smiled, "You look beautiful."

Ana blushed, "Thank you."

Cliver smiled, "Is everyone ready?"

"Almost!" called out Jenni, but they didn't see her.

Ana grabbed Cliver's arm and whispered in his ear

He chuckled and held out his arm to her, "Shall I escort you?"

She smiled and took it. "Yes you shall."

Cliver and Ana headed of first. Then Brittany and Briana exited, Xadrian stood at the door waiting for Jenni to come out.

Xadrian sighed, 'What's taking her so long?' he thought.

Jenni finally got to the door but, "Umm, Xadrian could you open the door for please?" she sounded embarrassed.

"Sure..." He said a bit confused.

He opened the door to find Jenni in a sapphire ball gown, which was broad and that's why she wanted to make sure she could fit. Herhair was in a bun and two hair pieces framing her face.

She blushed, "I look over the top don't I?"

He smiled, "No you look lovely."

She blushed, "You look good too." she smiled, she picked her skirts up and exited the room, "Sorry I took a while, I was a bit nervous."

He smiled, "It's fine." He held his arm out for her, "Maybe next time we can skip the ball." He winked.

She took his arm, "Why do you hate parties so much?"she asked as they headed to the great hall.

"Well mostly cause I have to be all prim and proper, and people talk about how when I take the throne... Blah blah blah..."

"Well, just be yourself with me alright? I'm here." she kissed his cheek. He skin felt softer than usual.

He smiled, "I know."

She smiled back. They arrived to the main doors and the announcer sighed, "Your mother is getting a bit P.Oed young sire." he warned.

Xadrian put his hands up in defense, "Hey don't blame me!"

"Just giving warning Sire." he said.

"Annoucing, His royal highness Crown Prince Xadrian and Miss Jennifer Playnman." Jenni sighed, "He HAD to use my FULL name."

Once all eyes were on them, Xadrian whispered to her, "I'm gonna kiss you. Is that all right?"

She blushed, "Uhh....I guess so."

Xadrian grinned and kissed her full on the lips in front of the whole crowd.

The crowd clapped and smiled. But Jenni's face turned bright red.

Xadrian's grandfather left the room. And his mother was a little pissed.

After the announcing and the kiss. Jenni and Xadrian went to walk around a bit. Then Xadrian's mother cam over to them, "WHy were you two late?" she asked, in a calm tone but Xadrian knew she was annoyed.

He sighed, "I wanted to save the best for last. Also be happy that I'm even here to begin with,"

"It was my fault ma'am. I was nervous and trying to compose myself." she said, "Xadrian was just waiting for me."

His mother sighed and dismissed the matter.

Jenni smiled when she left and turned to Xadrian, "Looks like I got you spared from the lecture." she laughed a bit.

He smiled, "I do not know why but Mother seems to favor you more than me." He teased,

"I don't know either." then waltzing music began to play and Jenni looked at the hall, "Such a beautiful place."

"It can be yours." He smiled.

She blinked, "Are you proposing?"

"In a way... but its more of a suggestion right now."

"Well....right now, I like the simple things in life." she said but she looked at her dress, "But I guess that doesn't count when I'm here does it." she chuckled.

He smiled, "Your the bell of the ball, you know that?"
